I chose to stay indifferent, to keep my mouth shut and walk away. Although, in my heart a deep hatred and anger building a fort eager to pledge a war against the enemy of my religion. A sudden realization made me quietly, whispering istighfar and a prayer to the Almighty Allah, "I had sin so as to have hatred towards those who are ignorant and who don't know better what we (muslim) know best of our own religion". Tauhid has taught us about the oneness of Allah and to put our utmost trust in Him. therefore I should left it at tawakkal and only hope Allah would bestow them (non-muslim) taufiq and hidayah. Adab has taught me to be a better person in a society, to respect regardless of their background even religion. The Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad pbuh has taught me humility, to be patience and never about violence. When I was a kid, we were told stories of the hardship of the early muslimin tortured and tested with horrific means but they never waiver from the true way of Islam. The non-believers cursed, jeered and slandered the Prophet Muhammad pbuh but he did not quarel with them nor did he kill them but he did his best to win their heart. He became their brothers and companion, in the end they convert into Islam not because of violence but through sincerity and love for the Prophet Muhammad pbuh. Thus, why should I hate non-muslim we are Allah's creation and there are every chance that they could be my brothers or sisters in Islam in-sha-Allah, I shall keep praying and wait patiently for the beautiful relationship to happen in the near future. Subhanallah

"WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND"
New years eve I was yelled at, scolded and cursed. I did not know that what I did had caused so much pain and animosity. I can only imagine all the hate and anger she was holding back all these time. Letting out was not that hard because she keeps going on and on screaming through the phone while driving on the highway. I tried to raised my voice, to match her rhythm but I cannot win. So, I kept on quiet and listen. I accept all the dirty flaws she thrown at me while, in my deepest thought I know I won't ever see her again. I accept all my wrong doings and I am the villain in this fight. 2015 will make her realize that I was the only good thing ever happen to her and knowing what she had done to me, she should know better.
ABOUT TIME
Remember 'The Time Traveller's Wife' the story setting was dark and ominous. You just know it won't end well but in a lighter note you just want to watch this movie! I like how the father and son bond with their secrets. Its a family movie and it bring tears to my eyes.

The VOW
The scene between Paige and her mother, set in a garden (supposedly a beautiful place where you can relax and grow flowers). Paige (suffering from amnesia) found out about her father's infidelity and confronted her mother about it. Like Paige, I don't agree how her mother would stay with the father. He did not just betrayed the mom but to the children as well. Her dialogue was out of expectation and the mother said something what a wife who had lived all her life for her family would say:
"I chose to stay with him for all the things he's done right; not the one thing he's done wrong. I chose to forgive him."
25.11.13
TRUST
"to rely upon or place confidence in someone or something (usually followed by in or to ); to trust in another's honesty; trusting to luck."
To be able to put your life on the mercy of others is a nowadays luxury. We can only dream to put our confidence in others without odd feelings of betrayal at every turn.
